Shipping & Delivery (Delivery Policy for Digital-Only Services)

All of Manaatee’s offerings are entirely digital and accessed online—there are no downloadable files. Here’s how you get and use your purchased services:

  1. Instant In-App Access

    • As soon as your payment is confirmed, your new courses, therapy bundles, or self-care tools appear in your Manaatee account under My Library or My Sessions.

    • No downloads or attachments are required.

  2. Access Platforms

    • Web Portal: Log in at getmanaatee.com, click My Library or My Sessions to start.

    • Mobile App: Open the Manaatee app, sign in, then tap My Library or Upcoming Sessions.

  3. Streaming & Interactive Tools

    • All video lessons and live therapy sessions stream directly in your browser or app—no external media players needed.

    • Interactive quizzes, goal-setting modules, and chatbots run within the platform.

  4. Technical Requirements

    • Internet: Minimum 3 Mbps for smooth streaming.

    • Browser: Latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

    • Mobile App: Current version of the Manaatee app on iOS or Android.

  5. Troubleshooting & Support

    If you cannot see your purchased content immediately:

    • Step 1: Refresh your browser or restart the app.

    • Step 2: Log out and log back in.

    • Step 3: If issues persist, contact admin@manaatee.com — we’ll restore access within 1 business day.

  6. No Delivery or Handling Fees

    Since everything is delivered digitally via our platform, we do not charge any shipping, handling, or delivery fees.

  7. Content Updates

    When we enhance or expand a course or tool, the latest version becomes instantly available in your account at no extra cost.

Children’s Privacy

We does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (PII) from persons under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide us with information of any kind whatsoever. If you have reason to believe that we may have accidentally received information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us immediately at legal@wasai.co. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a person under the age of 13, we will delete such information from our records.

Our Information Retention Policy

Unless you request that we delete certain information, we retain the information we collect for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Following termination or deactivation of your account, we will retain information for at least 3 years and may retain the information for as long as needed for our business and legal purposes. We will only retain your Personal Data for so long as we reasonably need to unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example for regulatory purposes).
