About me

I am Susmita Rao , Counseling Psychologist. I have been practicing in the field of Counselling Psychology since last 15 + years. I have worked with children , teenagers , students ,adults ( particularly women ) from all age groups. I  believe that our life is full of choices and an individual can have positive , fulfilling life experiences by choosing thoughts mindfully. I am passionate to help people deal with difficult life circumstances  by mindfulness, self awareness skills , life skills to help them get insight , clarity into problem situations . I make use of  different evidenced backed theorpeutic interventions in my counseling practice i.e CBT , ACT , EFT , DBT , SFBT . I am well versed in Spiritual Counseling also .
