Full Refund Window: You may cancel or fully refund any single session or digital course purchase within 24 hours of booking, provided the session is at least 48 hours away.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule a booked session up to 24 hours before the appointment at no extra charge; reschedules made within 24 hours incur a fee of ₹500.
Partial Bundles: If you request a refund for a multi-session bundle after attending one or more sessions, we will deduct the full price of each used session and refund the balance.
Return Window: You have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products in original packaging.
Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for return postage.
Refund Processing: We issue refunds within 7 business days of inspecting the return; shipping fees are non-refundable.
